Google BBQ Fire

There was a fire this lunchtime on the roof of the London HQ of Google. It would appear that a roof top barbecue caught fire.
The office block pictured (source) is located in Buckingham Palace Road, opposite Victoria train station and the road was closed until emergency services gave the all-clear.

Bangers and Cash For Cranswick Foods

British pork suppliers Cranswick (here) have recently reported a healthy 11% rise in first quarter sales. It is suggested that consumers are favouring pork over beef and lamb on both price and health grounds.
Cranswick own SimplySausages and premium butchers Richard Woodalls.

A radio advert for Mattesons sausages has been rapped for being sexually suggestive and therefore should not have been aired when children were likely to be listening. It was found that
although the ads were not sexually explicit, and younger children were unlikely to understand, the innuendo was not appropriate for older children.
